摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本研究提取中国东北汉族和达斡尔、鄂伦春、鄂温克等4个人群的基因组 DNA后 ,利用PCR- RFLP方法扩增 apo E基因第4外显子片段并进行遗传分析 ,计算各个人群中的apo E等位基因频率。结果发现 4个人群中的apo E等位基因频率分布趋势与国内外报告基本一致 ,但等位基因ε3 的频率显著高于欧美国家。

Abstract: In present study after extracting genomic DNA from four population DNA fragment of the fourth exon of apo E, which contains site 112 and 158 in amino acid sequence, were amplified by PCR-RFLP and conducted polymorphism analysis. The results showed that the distribution tendency of apo E allele frequency in four populations ( the Han, the Daur, the Oroqen and the Ewenki) is similar to that reported home and abroad, but the frequency of alleleε3 is significantly higher than that of Europe and American populations.
