Preliminary report on the investigation of Dingmo Cave in Tiandong County, Guangxi

Abstract: An upper fossil human tooth (right M1or M2) and a certain amount of Pleistocene mammalian fossils were found from the deposits of Dingmo cave of Tiandong county, Guangxi. The geological age of this cave deposits is tentatively considered as Late Pleistocene. The human tooth represents the first discovery of Pleistocene human materials in the western Guangxi.
